By accessing or using Walora, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Walora on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf. Walora is an early-stage product offered on an evolving basis.
Use of the service
You agree to use Walora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Data and connections
You represent that you have the right to connect the data sources you authorize and to permit Walora to process that data to provide the service. You retain ownership of your data.
Availability
As an early-stage product, Walora may change, and features may be added, modified, or removed. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during this stage.
Intellectual property
Walora and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walora is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
